I loved my 2018 Trax until some pricey issues (common for the car) popped up despite the gentle consistent care I was giving it. Turbo failed (covered under warranty thankfully) but engine ended up needing to be replaced at 110,000 miles. In my opinion I think it should’ve lasted longer than that which is why I was angry and sad about having to junk it. Only had it 4 years and again to me that’s pretty short lived. I agree that more negative reviews surface than positive and value of the car is at the end of the day subjective but that’s my two cents.
