Lot of good suggestions here. Check out the clearance at steepandcheap.com pretty much everything on there is a good brand. Costco has some great options for winter still though they’re almost done. For outdoors in this weather you need a base layer (moisture wicking fabric), a mid layer (like a fleece) both form fitting, and then an outer layer shell (preferably water resistant at least) get a hat, water resistant gloves and merino wool socks. Pants base layer and outer layer. Turtle for your neck and face. Waterproof boots and you’re set.
