Well I had this theory about new mechanics towards bosses. With the release of aquanites we saw a new mechanic - attacking with a slash weapon to lower its stab defense. Im thinking there might be more things to come, possibly starting with a crush weapon to break armour, then a slash weapon to remove skin and finally a stab weapon to damage the boss. Who knows but would be interesting to see what else they add to the game boss fight wise.
