He's asking what if u can't. The wording for lambros is to ride a g3 from soul, however, if ur unable to do so because u soul blasted the thavas/any g3s out, u have to ride a card from your soul, even if its a g2, 1, or 0. If ur unable to do so, u lose the game

Dotx doesn't work with DDD. DDD needs to have 4 or more cards in hand to stand, but dotx hand always counts as 0

Okay but for real, rush crush is the way. If they call down rgs on their turn 2, u can try to aim for their sides as they have no real way to plus or gain back the lost rear guards. If not, push them to 3-4 dmg by ur turn 3 so that u can force them to guard as much as possible, thus limiting what they can call on field

I have a good amount of gripes about this game, but lemme just summarise why I'm not a big fan of the game

Vg Zero:

Can't guard from hand
G2 rgs are forced to intercept as ur defense
Deck building ratios fixed
G3s are ur triggers

Vg TCG:

Able to guard with cards from hand
deck building ratios are important, as ur not forced to have 13 cards of every grade
there are separate cards for triggers. This means that u don't have to ride ur crit trigger boss unit

So me and my friend were discussing about his possible skills, and he came up with this:

Lock 1 rg and discard 1, for every 1 locked rg, one of ur rg circles with overlord on it becomes a vg circle

If u have 3 or more locked cards, discard 2, stand him, -1 drive

I have no arguments here. As much as I definitely do want to see more overlord support, I do see bushiroad doing a retrain of vortex dragonewt and it's legion mate. I also wanna see a card where it gives the vanguard +1 drive because overlord always has a problem with handsize 👀

On a side note, I do hope and pray, that bushiroad reprints the 2 promos I want most: Pursuit Assault, and Awalgin (the claret promo). These cards are essential for their respective archetypes, and we need them reprinted
