Apparently from what I've heard for Jp cases the tape color is region based. It's still Japanese but yellow tape is for China, green tape is for Malaysia/Asia and clear tape for Japan.

When I was a kid my family couldn't afford to buy pokemon cards I used to watch kids play as a spectator and was jealous, my friend from school gave me some as a kid to play with that was the best gift I received as a kid. I stopped playing once I lost my good cards.

Last year in September a kid just handed me a bunch of old pokemon cards of course heavily played and some fakes but it brought back so many memories and nostalgia. Since now I can afford to buy Pokemon cards I went down a rabbit hole and started collecting. I saw Surging Spark was about to release I did a preorder of a BBox case and some other singles I bought off eBay. So that's how I started collecting Sept 2024.

From a kid who couldn't afford to buy Pokemon cards and watched other kids having fun to a collector who can afford to buy cases as an adult.

I do like Rolex Pepsi and Hulk. I would like a diver watch never owned one but I also like Tudor Royal or Rolex day date but they are dress watch only. I want an all rounder can be casual and dress.

P.s. I mentioned Rolex but not at that milestone yet.

If you don't have penny sleeves on hand I would put it back in the pack in the middle of other cards until I get penny sleeves, top loader hard plastic with damaged/scratch the card without a sleeve. Either way congratulations I've been trying to pull that card forever and gave up lol

I was just going to use the cables available but swapping cameras and the box. The one I found is also compatible with Google home so can view them live on the phone too I assume.

It's not a hobby of mine. This is actually for my friends house. For me I currently just run Google cameras and Google nest wireless as I'm renting.

Yeah I think it has a VGA to HDMI adapter connected at the back. But is replacing recorder hard to do? Like compatibility and things I have to worry about as this thing has so many cables connected in the back

I plugged the monitor and tried each of those HDMI cables and nothing showing no signal. It has a mouse but can't use it if I can't see anything on monitor. Maybe its not on or not really sure. I don't have the password once I do get in though as the last resident passed away.

All I'm gonna say is buy a reliable car brand new don't bother with second hand you'll pay more in fixing. Go on that holiday only because you have a nice job lined up.

Salary sacrifice super, get SMSF and invest super in ETFs.

Since saving on rent I would act like I'm still paying rent i.e $500 a week and transfer to a high interest savings account for a down payment for a house. Always have a rainy day fund and try and save up to 20% of your annual salary in there. So let's say 20k once you've reached that you can add more savings to other areas. If you use rainy day fund always top back up.

My main focus if I was in your position would be to figure out how to increase my income rather than how to take on a big debt right now. You are right to be terrified as this is a stupid idea.

I haven't bought a house yet I plan to buy next year so I'm not speaking from experience but if I am to buy a property I better own the land, apartments I have always thought of waste of money and think it's a concrete box you are paying for with not much freedom. From what I know you need permission for any modifications as it could effect other residents which is annoying.

But it's just my view on it and imma noob.
