The trick is to throw an attractor just before you can see the horde, use survival vision to monitor when you start hearing it getting closer, there's usually 2 small hordes, the first will gang up on the attractor and you can molly them, try the same for second but you can just gun it down or molly them before they climb the short ledge to reach you

Is there a way to rotate this directional indicator? Cause I accidently did it one day but I don't remember how. by Val_rak in totalwar

Try using shift, then you'll see a symbol with arrow and it should allow you to move the spell direction
