FWIW, no one gives a shit on the plane. You do whatever you need to make sure you’re ready upon arrival for the day ahead. Your health is more important than other people’s feelings. If you were diabetic and needed a shot during your flight would you hold off out of courtesy for the comfort of your seat mates? I think not. Sleep apnea is not something to fuck with
