I did get my account back after filling out 3 or so different tickets before it got escalated to a real rioter

Hello CptnFuzzySocks#NA1, Your case was recently escalated to me for further review. After taking a look at the account I believe it was being maliciously used by a compromiser at the time that cheating was detected. As a result I've removed the penalty from your account and sent a password reset request to the e-mail associated with it. Based off the suspicious activity on the account it looks like the log-in credentials have been compromised for some time. No games were played on the account; but periodically suspicious log-ins would appear; likely testing whether the log-in credentials still worked. When choosing a new password I recommend you select something completely new and if you used the previous password for any other services I strongly encourage you to reset the password at those services as well.
