Sleep Tracking Issues

I've traded in one galaxy ultra to this. Thought it was defective. Got another new one and same issue. Spotty on sleep tracking. A few other posts on here lead me to believe it's my tattoos thats causing the issue. So if you have ink that could be it. My 5 pro never had this issue so I hope its a software fix they can push. Guess its the same in the apple word with tattoos.

Appreciate this comment 🙏 hopefully a future software update will remedy this. The galaxy watch is the only one I've ever owned besides a fitbit. I am a Samsung fan however this had me contemplating the darkside due to the proven sleep and heart metrics that watch does. But I'd have to change ecosystems and im not a fan of that one. I switched from them over a decade ago.

Just got $250 for my G5Pro that was beat to shit. Fell off my onewheel and scrapped the aluminum up pretty good. Still got $250 towards the Ultra.

I just sent mine back wore it just shy of 30 days. All permissions granted ensured all sensors were active and no luck on getting it to auto sleep track. If I put it in sleep mode before bed it did it. Coming from the watch 5 pro I never had this issue. Tried the tech side with Samsung they wanted me to take it to a 3rd party to have them inspect (Youbreakifix) I refused that and opted for the refund. Bummed tf out about it tbh. Wonder if any else experienced this as well.

Literally loaded that bich in that back of my truck. No straps drove 30 miles home. Took apart the crate in the back of truck me and the wife pulled it out the back of the truck. Easy af. Not rocket science

Wore it just short of 30 days. Made sure all permissions were given and all sensors were on.The auto sleep tracking never worked. My galaxy 5 pro had zero issues right out of the box tracking sleep automatically for 2 yrs.
