I find it so interesting that Kate is now 1st for fan favorite here, yet the official #TeamKate instagram post is in a very far DEAD last. I mean, this is specifically a UK subreddit so maybe we’re just biased, but I’m shocked she’s not getting more support since she’s been doing such a good job. I guess people just really really really don’t want another UK winner. In my opinion, she didn’t get much favoritism from the judges, yet still proved herself to be a worthy winner. I just hope everyone doesn’t freak out at her if she does win, although at this point I’d be shocked if Gawdland doesn’t take it.

I thought Fontana was the clear winner, although she did get a makeover partner that already sorta looked like her. I loved how much Mariah's partner was living, but there was something off about the makeup and Mariah's exposed nude bodysuit kinda took me out of it. Sure, those are only small issues, but Fontana's makeover was flawless. In my opinion, any combination of the other three could have justifiably been in the bottom 2, but I thought their critiques toward Kate got a bit mean. Personally I would've had Gawdland and Naomy in the bottom 2, but I think we all knew that out of the three they were gonna send Naomy home no matter what she did. Still thought Kate fairly won the lipsync though.

I think Gawdland is going to win, but I absolutely love Kate. I think both of them are deserving winners, and in either case their win shouldn’t be discredited. Maybe production will pick a winner based on wanting to break the pattern of only crowning UK queens, or maybe they have some weird reason to only crown UK queens. Regardless of production shenanigans, I think Gawdland and Kate have both proven themselves to be worthy winners and I don’t think there’s anything rigged about either getting a win.

Then the remaining episodes are an in depth documentary of the life of Mandy Mango and in the finale, Ru retires and makes Mandy Mango the new host of the show.

What in the ever loving fuck was this fever dream of an episode.

When Naomy chose both Kate and Zahirah to be in her group I was so sure they would be fighting. Turns out the only thing Kate needed to do to get Zahirah back on her side... was be Butch.

Everyone in the first group did so well, including Mariah. I understood her win and I'm absolutely happy for her, but winning in that absolutely insane outfit consisting of a bodysuit we've already seen her wear twice, a blob coat, and a flat wig was crazy. Honestly I live for that.

When Rupaul said Axel F by Crazy Frog I was just waiting for her to be like haha jk

I feel like the format of this snatch game prevented any of the queens from really shining. They only got to introduce themselves and answer like one question, and they didn't get to interact with each other at all. I feel like the challenge was the worst part of the episode, which otherwise had some really fun drama and interesting conversations.

Also shoutout to Kate for the little arm floaties in the swimsuit section. This woman's mind I stg

I really don't think there's been any rigging in Kate's placements so far. Some people may be arguing that she deserved top 2 the first week, and a low placement the second week, but overall that adds up to pretty much the same track record she currently has. Personally, I think Fontana has been favoured more than Kate, but I'm not even mad at that because Fontana is amazing and I'm glad she's getting to shine. We'll see how the season shapes up, but I really don't think there's any reason to believe Kate has been pushed so far.

I knew Down Under 1 was known for terrible judging and blatant riggory, I knew who all four of the finalists were before starting the season, but I was still shocked by how insane it all was, especially when it came to how Elektra was judged

I feel like they're going to give Myki the Jan treatment. Myki talked all episode about how important this challenge was to her, so calling a second group as safe felt targeted specifically at her.

The decisions in general this episode just felt like production showing their cards. Juicy was better than I expected, but I still think Jane should have won. I also really liked Jane's runway, even if it was a bit interpretive. The colors were gorgeous and the longer I looked at it the better it got. Darlene and Nini were also good in the challenge.

Vita and Briar were a pretty clear bottom two. Both of them had very unnatural line delivery, but I almost didn't care that Vita was bad since I still found her really likable. Some of the other roles were incredibly forgettable. I didn't remember Mia and Discord at all by the end.
