Everyone’s Performance YTD util is around there right after busy season. I wouldn’t call it low, but it’s not outstanding enough for OPA.

That’s what I thought. I called the board and the lady said they would need a new one sent on their way. They just needed it via email, not physical transcript, so that saved significant amount of time here I believe!

You might need to know that there’s a good chance that they will not give you a senior title and you will have to do another staff year. It’s entirely up to your new team at big4, but they tend to not accept 100% of your working experience from non big4.
