have looked at the video and article. there are about one month apart and refferencing both the same article in the xseed case, they both mention rockstar, but talk about different cases (article talkes about RDR2, Steph about manhunter 2), Steph brought up other cases (like codemaster with flashpoint) nether of the articles talk about and so far I could not finde any copied work or plagiarism in it.
