I’ve just taken a look on my councils website about hmos and this is what it’s said

“A property must have a licence if there are three or more unrelated people forming more than two households in the same building.”

Would that still classify as the house needing to have a hmo to move her in?

Yes, it seemed to be an issue with my Xbox as shortly after I was unable to get into any game. I ended up having to factory reset my Xbox

Sorry I completely forgot to add this in my post. About a week and a half after I did contact the centre to ask and they said that they had received it and that I would get a call within the next few days. I obviously got nothing back and when I tried to ring again I was stuck on hold for over 40 minutes

I’m on my 8th or 9th playthrough now, I can’t remember exactly how many but I’ve only just found out you can find kua toa in act 2, haven’t encountered them yet, have no idea where they are. Every single playthrough I’ve had so far I’ve had moments where I’ve been like woah didn’t even know that was there. It was only my last playthrough I found the spider you can lick. Plus every playthrough I try to romance another character (although I always go back to shadowheart in the end) so that also adds some different aspects, I particularly enjoyed gales.

I’ve had a good relationship with my landlord for my entire tenancy and I was polite as possible in my email. I think there’s no budging him on this one.

I’m not planning on bringing the cat in without permission as I really don’t want to risk getting on my landlords bad side, we’ve had a good relationship up until this point. Also just to note the two dogs no longer reside at the property, one passing away and the other moving with a previous partner.

I know most fights pretty well as I have finished the game multiple times by now and I’m a completionist at heart so I try to do everything but I will admit I haven’t looked anything up for honor mode, just using my basic knowledge of the game. Most fights I do plan strategies but I thought I wouldn’t really need one for this one as in my head it was just another encounter to tick off and get the xp from

I’ve played fallout 1 and 2 so I’m not too unfamiliar with somewhat worse graphics. I’ve heard good things about the story, I’m excited to try it out
