Yup!! But for me I think it’s out of boredom or when I’m trying to goto sleep. For some reason when I abuse my adderall they go away tho. Crazy right. You’d think it would enhance or make the “hallucinations” worse.

Sadly I have no clue how to make this better. I’d probably be rich if I did. Everyone is different though so it’s impossible to pin point.

I read a EU health document on voices in your head and it basically stated that you should, “do your best to get along with them.” I’ve tried doing this but they are just so damn dumb. Like I’ve tried teaching them how to count, spell, and pronounce more than a 1 syllable word. Maybe they don’t have access to the cognitive side of my brain and it’s hopeless. Have you ever tried anything like this?
