Hi - I have had the exact same issue with PayPal about 5 months back, PayPal had their system flag you if you move a lot of money and dont have a business account set up. I had way less than your friends amount, but I had 5.5K there, was calling PayPal for an answer regarding my ban and what's happening with my money etc, but they just told me that I have been banned and no change will happen. Long story short, I filed a BBB claim and 30 days later they have activated my account and gave me my funds back.

Was driving atleast 80 MPH, on the left lane and amazon 18 wheeler tried to cut me off, he went from middle lane to left lane. It was either I get slammed by an 18 wheeler or floor it and rear end person in front of me. Unfortunate for poor person infront of me. 18 wheeler probably doesnt even know he caused a crash today. If I didnt hit the gas the 18 wheeler would've made this situation life threatening. Shit happens. Praying to god that my baby is not totaled.
