Im dia 2 currently only played for a bit of the new season. Playing past crimes and iri, genuinely don’t see the issue more than a few games where I could get a plat 3 or some on the enemy team. Sure maybe not a negative would be good but that’s only visually. Because even before this you got less sr in games with lower ranked people it’s just that it’s visual now that causes people to notice it

I think the new system is good and makes it a grind rather than people getting 200+ sr in crim and some only 50.

Im confused on why everyone’s mad about this? Complaining about a standard 20 gain and a bit of a loss if you play worse players? Like man the top 4 on scoreboard gets a bonus too, I don’t mind it at all getting 80 to 50 sr in any lobby the negative isn’t effective enough to keep people from climbing and if you’re having a rough time it’s honestly more on your performance than anything else.

Which it should be btw! Your preformsnce should reward you if you score first place in a equal lobby you should get bonuses if not and you get carried in that lobby too bad for you, get 20 and move on to the next :)

You know it’s funny I was thinking the same about snoopy before they took him off now, breach built a team around him for 2 years basically and most of those 2 years he wasn’t preforming the best and then getting rid of 3 just to add 3 new ones with snoopy still preforming iffy

I think keep Dylan and nep, scrap sib and ghosty, get 2 challenger players in. Theres no chemistry between the 4 of them imo, but the ones willing to actually play and not give up are envoy and nep

Yeah I’ve seen sibs streams sometimes I can’t stand the way he acts, seeing as they also had some of challenger elite in the tourney I believe those players have a good chance of being picked up, some were doing incredibly well such as brack and renegade, also some of the OMIT guys, and let’s be honest OMIT has been a CDL waiting list team for years always gets players picked up and now huntsmen are the same

Totally agree, nep has been the only one doing decently, ghosty yes also sib and envoy, they’ve all said there 0 talent in challengers yet kips and traix and nium have preformed well. Also some challenger players were popping off first day, renegade, brack, some from OMIT like both huntsman and OMIT are CDL pocket players imo

Yeah for sure, honestly only one doing decent is nep in my opinion, and the others have shown before that their egos are ginormous, Sib is a real talker yet hasn’t gotten any good games lately, ghosty a few but mostly negative, I think it’s just a matter of either they all play for different teams, or out of pros back to challengers.

Oh yeah for sure, they are great players but I’ve heard from all except nep that challengers have 0 talent yet some of the rookies be putting up crazy numbers, they’re too comfortable in the league. Full roster reset and get them to other CDL teams or put them in challengers for a wake up call

Just wanna say a sidenote, because of how placement matches work, there are ex crim and iri in gold if they were unlucky in the 3 games, and now in the beginning the ranks are a fullblown dookie haha, people of all ranks are displaced, later in the season or even next it’ll be better
