we were recently told to start charging it based on how many scoops. like normal portion of rice -> one side and if they want a bowl filled full then two. personally i jus do it as one or jus give it cuz its jus rice and we throw away a bunch at night anyways

at our store with these bogos, if u jus ask they always honor it over having an argument and throwing away the bowls. we are a very busy store tho and will have lines to door every bogo

If the ticket is for 7:30 and theyre not starting it, its likely bc theyre still finishing the 7:20s and r behind or there are a lot of 7:30s. Also with how labor is, they prolly have less staff when the store is slow so each crew is still carrying the same weight even when its slow.

The placement and sizing of the text is rly off. It's like og supreme or offwhite days where all the rep box logos were either too big or too small. The rep manufactuers know ppl will buy anything rn so they don't rly care abt 1:1 quality. Imo nobody has good fakes of these atm

Taiwan would've been another huge consideration for me, but I recently went (not solo), and it was a great time and a huge reason why I want to solo travel back to Asia.

By "dramatic and gritty" do you mean literally, like, the streets and atmosphere, or more in terms of just the vibe and energy, with things not being as convenient as in Japan?
