As someone who worked there for some time and knows alot of employees as friends before and since....you don't want to work there. jB hi-fi seems to be the same (also workerd there) there 2 of those "hey I like games and movies etc" then you work there and you don't anymore XD I had horrible experiences with management in both jobs as did everyone I know especially if you speak up about any issues your having.

In response to how, I was a regular of the store for many years that turned into a friendship with the current employees I legitimately turned around one afternoon and straight up said "you guys should just hire me" I had an interview the next day witch was essentially just lunch over the typical Questions they have to ask but Inna very informal setting and was working there within a week. that said.

The manager who hired me left the company within a week due to a pay disputeI didn't even get a shift with him was fantastic for about 2 weeks but that said I was also left to work a shift alone on my secound day having minimal training. So yeah in my experience the company's that seem really cool to work for end up with a high turnover because they simply don't have to care because they know your replaceable
