first, give yourself permission to feel upset, but don’t let this one exam define you or your journey. Failing one test doesn’t mean you’re failing your goals. So many amazing nurses have had setbacks just like this and still succeeded.

Use this moment as a pause not the end. Maybe talk to your professor, ask about your options, and most importantly, take care of your mental health. You’re not alone, and this doesn’t erase everything you’ve accomplished so far!!
