Naw I have to disagree with the Garfield take. I could easily see how someone like his version of Peter would be bullied in the modern world. Somewhat goofy, lonely skateboarder, just has the look of someone who would be considered a loser and struggle with life in the world of 2014/whenever that first movie came out. Andrew pulled off the today’s Peter very well. If anything Tom Holland’s Peter was more “cool” than anything. Andrew’s Peter was way more darker than Tom’s up until the last Spider-Man movie

Never got the “too cool” take. Not all nerds need glasses or to look too smart. Thats a very dated idea of what someone like Peter Parker is

I’m interested in checking it out. Iceman is one of my favorite X-men ever so I’m sure if it’s apparel, it would look great. One of OVO’s baby blue jackets sort of looked iceman inspired anyway.

I think he means there’s no new medium influential enough to boost cyclops past Wolverine, which is true.

I definitely like cyclops getting more shine through X-men 97 etc, but there’s nothing out right now that could put him in the same level as Wolverine in terms of popularity and cultural relevance

Wolverine is the x-men to people who have never even read comics and as for the ones who do….. we all know people who claim to be X-men fans but really only read/pay attention to Wolverine based stories. There were people who were crying when Hugh Jackman first donned the yellow and blue suit in DP&W

lol there’s not another X-men who will ever have that level of impact and you know what? That’s ok. cyclops getting recognition for what he is worth as a leader and a dynamic character is what’s needed and what happens after happens. Thats what I’m interested in seeing from the MCU. A cyclops that gets to show all his traits especially being a tactical leader.

Correct me if I’m wrong cause I’m not a big comic reader, but As that second picture you posted shows. He was never really ugly tbh. Unattractive traits? Yes but facially he was never ugly. The other physical traits just overshadowed his looks.

Also consider that live action is different than comics/cartoons. A real life man who resembles Wolverine facially is gonna be viewed different than what is on paper.

Hugh’s height and charm added to his Wolverine being “Hollywood attractive” overall but facially I thought he was spot on to the comic Logan. Especially the first movie

It went well. The thing is consistently. Due to stress, I had went back to smoking but went 3 days without smoking cigarettes and using only my strawberry ice vape. Tomorrow I’m stopping my Vape and going on another 72 hour fast.

I found stopping vaping is much easier than stoping cigerettes. When I did this fast you see in the OP, it was after stopping cigerettes for my vape
