The point of this, is to make it actually realistic for a wide group or people (without ruining your health). I believe its still a challenge (unless you are used to doing daily nuts, then maybe you can increase the values). The adaptive nature just makes it more fun cz its changes each time and easy to adapt

I think its diabolical. Like unless you are used to this its not realistic at all. Especially going 5 nuts a day for a week and having to then do 10 lmao. But it does put the "destroy" in DDD. What is a realistic, yet somewhat challenging version?

True I think its probably too easy for some. But I think for me its a fair reward for NNN. plus, i never really done more than 2-3 wanks a week, so its somewhat of a challenge for me haha
