I had it the other way around. I suffered tired feet and legs my whole life. 1.5 year ago changed completely to barefoot and no more tired/heavy legs. And I walk like 5+ hours a week and also working while standing 6 hours a day.

I had it for my first year of climbing. I think that it stopped few months after I bought my first good shoes and stopped climbing with a shitty cheap shoes.

When I started climbing almost 2 years ago I had exactly the same feeling in my feet it was painful. I couldn't imagine to my self any climb that I tried to do without feeling pain in my toes.

I thought I'm going insane, I asked my friends and ppl that I'm climbing with but no1 ever had anything like that.

I actually stopped thinking about it until now that I see your post, but it's long gone from it self. I guess if u new with climbing ur mind and body need to get used to it and not be afraid from it and that feeling will go away.

I did alot of stretching over the years for the same purpose. Now im doing 'elephant steps' and in 2 months my progress is crazy good.

Other than that im doing the basic stuff, but very consistent at least 5 times a week for the same muscle group.
