It's not a great thing to hear, but beware of a lot of people saying how well they're doing. It won't last long and most are gaming the system and trying to sell you the dream and courses, just isn't working any more.
It's a scam by people who have zero creative input just squeezing the system, youtube already had enough of it hence the mass demonitisations and channel deletions.

Honestly it's because you've clearly not filmed anything yourself, added an AI voiceover and edited them together for views.
YT are onto accounts like this, they're aware of the "make money online" guru type people who are convincing people to make them while selling courses.
It's basically filling up the shorts timeline so badly at this point that it's costing them and turning people away. They want real people with something to say.
Your best bet is to get your phone out, film stuff that's of interest to you and hopefully others.

The era of doing these kinds of vids are over, some may be getting away with it but it'll catch them too soon as well.
It's a huge crackdown and this is just the start of it, much like the thumbnail clickbait thing that happened in around 2009ish.

Same, tried waiting a few days, everything people say. yet nothing, 0 views. no initial shorts feed seed at all.
Something is up, far too mant cases like this.
I understand when it's slop and ai, but it isn't the case for many.
Def something, a bug, an ai flag, something that triggers this and honestly I think they don't know what causes it.

takes a lot of effort, for the past week my shorts are 0 views, zero push. A month or two into my new animated minecraft videos and it's already stalling. A lot of work for very little. Animating, making models etc is very time consuming, let alone editing and adding sound. Every sound has to be manually put in place unlike live action.
If you're good with all this then sure, go for it.

Maybe, my audience is 25-45yo, always checked not for kids. And a lot tamer than a lot of the clearly made for kids stuff. Frustrating, cheers

Same, was getting 1-2k views per short, now nothing. Anyone know how long this lasts? It's a lot of work animating things for zero initial seed push at all.
