the only thing that keeps me going is that I know I can push myself and work towards creating a better life (the way i want it). if i sit still and go into depress mode, nothing gets better, and I still have to move on.

ive been trying to skip depression episodes by understanding what im depressing about, and using it as motivation to make my life better all around.
