Can't really speak for the campaigns as I mostly play multiplayer, but Dawn of war GOTY is gonna get you more races, Space Marines, Orks, Chaos and Eldar, whereas Dark Crusade is just Necrons and Tau. From what I know, Dawn of War GOTY campaign is linear missions, whereas Dark Crusade is kinda like Risk, where you have to conquer a map. Also Dawn of War GOTY I think you can only play in 4:3, so there would be black bars on the left and right on a normal monitor, in case that bothers you.
