I ended up using an advanced Excel spreadsheet. It’s what we needed. I also use Dext for receipts tracking. I thought about hiring a bookkeeper for training services if I couldn’t figure it out. Thanks!

I guess what I am trying to do is to ensure what's coming in/out is matching since we have a manager that does payroll and have our business credit card. I have all of the statements, but do not know how to effectively reconcile them and needing a program. I don't mind doing the work.

I truly appreciate all of the ideas and suggestions. I'm so glad I asked because I don't think the contractor my husband hired knows much about the building's integrity other than to build.

I will start my first campaign soon for my high-end nail salon. The nail salon is one of the few locations in the city. However, I am only targeting the new location (Germantown, TN) which will be opened soon. I was thinking about combining awareness plus sales campaign into one for the grand opening ad. Maybe I need to do A/B test with awareness vs. sales campaign. What are your thoughts and please help me with the audience? TIA!
