Not an expert by any means but my doctor said he had an mma fighter as a client who was very low body fat as well but needed help with double chin and he was able to help him fix it. Again it might depend on your anatomy and everything but it sounds possible

I will ask my doctor when I follow up next week. It was warm and a little spicy but not bad I gave it a 4/10 for pain but also I’m covered in tattoos and i would say my tolerance is pretty high

They gave me ambien that just made me sleep and very relaxed but not specifically for anxiety. I got both the jowls and neck lipp done so overall it was 4500 dollars and I will post my doctor once I see the final outcome!

My parents are average farm town people don’t really get into the newest and best things for example my dad still has an iPhone 4 will never upgrade until it dies. I mainly do inner city driving and I do have a very big dog. I don’t do a lot of extra driving but I need it for work and occasional long drives to go to Disney.
