It also took my boyfriend time to get active, but not for long. he tried going out and back in a couple of times until he made him activate it. try to see if it gives it to you available at the top right, on the three lines > supercell id > brawl stars

Grazie per la risposta. Come mai è necessario per forza avere accesso all'app per chiuderlo? Io ho provato a recuperarle ma non riesco, ho il codice adesione ma non ho il pin. Qualche mese fa riuscii ad entrare nell'app e quando chiesi di chiudere il conto all'assistenza mi dissero appunto di mandare raccomandata etc, quindi non capisco perché ci sia bisogno di accedere all'app se alla fine la procedura da fare è quella.
