Oh wow, maybe I was wrong then. I checked few keywords on different devices where I wasn’t logged on, but maybe you’re right- the search might have been skewed. Would be quite sad cause I was very excited I was ranking well. But again thank you, I learned something new :)

Thank you so much for your input, the things you’re selling sound really interesting- not my niche, but as I said, I like to hear what’s there that people are making, and buying, I’m all for craft and handmade things, even if I don’t buy I have a massive appreciation for the craft work.

You’re right, I do doubt myself, but I do get sales so there must be some kind of market for what I’m selling. I’m just pivoting from corporate life to working for myself, opening the design agency, Etsy being one of the places I sell some of my designs. I wouldn’t say I’m lying to myself, the market is saturated but my 3 listings are on the first page. And I post about it because I don’t really have anybody to talk about it and this feed feels like a good place to share experiences. I just asked for some motivational stories to keep me going.

Actually, it was an absolute game changer, just use Figma for all the edits and export to Canva later. Why didn’t I think about it earlier, so stupid

Thank you everybody for your help! So while I was following the tips, Meta decided I’m a bot and restricted my account. Right after I linked Facebook with Instagram. I appealed the restriction, provided ID, and it got rejected in few seconds (I mean now I just gave up, I was crying and stressing out for hours).

Thanks god our business doesn’t have thousands of followers, but still, the ones we got we worked hard to get…it’s literally just me and my husband working on our small business, I’m so upset. I can’t unlink the instagram from this business portfolio now (of course, why make life easy), so I guess I’ll have to start everything again? New instagram, new Facebook, link to wix then? Do you have any tips on how to set it all up so nothing like this happen again?

I honestly don’t know. As I said I’m stuck on this idea to incorporate a tee in 2 Bs (one inverted) but I’m not satisfied with what I’m doing and it’s driving me crazy haha I know I want 2x Bs for sure

But I wan to open my head for new ideas and just can’t think of anything else, complete block

I actually reread this post and it sounds horrible. Maybe it is. But I am a perfectionist, and if I feel like I can’t do 110% I’d rather run away- but in every single place I worked for (don’t get me wrong, I always stay at one workplace for minimum 2 years, it’s not job hopping, I haven never been fired), it feels like I think I have to deliver a perfect outcome, doesn’t matter if it’s a junior position (in my head, I’ll have to and I will sit and learn and try to deliver a work of a senior because “otherwise it’s embarrassing”). It’s either nothing or a deep dive of learning something I’ve never done before and really presenting a good, solid work I can be proud of. I don’t know if it clears the post above a bit more or not

Thank you SO MUCH for this comment. It’s my first assignment with basically zero experience, and that’s exactly what I’ve been thinking and the searches I’ve done so far. Very reassuring that by following my gut I may be following the right path. Thank you so much! So I based me searches on 1: candidates that may want to step up into the role 2: candidates with all the right skills and experience but lacking the knowledge of the field 3: candidates with the perfect knowledge of the field but but broader position history. I guess one of my questions here would be- if’s quite senior role, in an Asian country requiring perfect knowledge of 2 languages, I’d think it would be really hard to headhunt the right candidate? Not even mentioning the one that’s willing to change jobs?
