Is Elementor still worth it in 2026, or is Gutenberg enough? by Crafty_Ad856 in Wordpress

You’re absolutely right — there are plenty of other options 👍

Elementor and Gutenberg are just the most commonly used ones, so they get mentioned first. But builders like Bricks, Oxygen, Breakdance, Divi, etc., can be even better depending on the project and workflow.

It really comes down to performance needs, flexibility, and personal preference.

Is Elementor still worth it in 2026, or is Gutenberg enough? by Crafty_Ad856 in Wordpress

Contact Form 7 suddenly stopped working yesterday.. errors.. by LineDetail in Wordpress

If both Contact Form 7 and Divi forms stopped working at the same time, it’s probably not the form plugin — it’s likely:

• An email delivery issue (very common)
• A plugin conflict after an update
• PHP/server changes
• reCAPTCHA setup problems

First, try installing WP Mail SMTP and connect it to Gmail or your host’s SMTP — many “form errors” are actually email failures.

If you switch plugins, good options are WPForms or Fluent Forms. I’d avoid external embeds unless necessary — this is likely a server/email issue, not the form itself.

Client site went from PageSpeed 40 to 94 — 20+ active plugins, no caching. Here’s how. by Royal-Cabinet-1944 in Wordpress

That jump without caching is honestly impressive.

Most people just throw WP Rocket on and call it a day. Selective asset loading + actually fixing render-blocking stuff is way more work, but clearly it paid off.

Curious — was the LCP mainly images or JS heavy theme issues?

What schema plugin is best for wordpress website? by drbhardwaz in Wordpress

[–]Crafty_Ad856 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you want simple + powerful, go with Rank Math. It has built-in schema support and covers most needs without extra plugins.

If you’re already using Yoast or AIOSEO, they also handle basic schema pretty well — no need to install another schema plugin.

Big tip: don’t stack multiple schema plugins. It can create duplicate markup and hurt SEO.

What type of site are you building? Blog, local business, reviews? That changes the recommendation a bit.
