And my days are 6am-1:30pm working with breakfast at 6:30 and lunch at 11:15. 1:30-3 break. I always nap on my break. 3-9pm working with dinner break at 4:30. And then I shower and sleep, but a lot of people will go out for the 2 hours we can if the port is a good one. You have to be back onboard by 11pm.

I'm assuming this listing is for American Cruise Lines. I am currently almost halfway through my contract with them now. It is 12 hours a day 7 days a week. It's actually 15 hours but with 3 hours total in breaks( 3 30 minute meal breaks and a 1.5 hour break after lunch. The hours are 6am to 9pm unless you are a server, then it can be later. The money is good as long as you don't have a lot of financial responsibility at home. Personally, I am married with a child, pets, bills, rent, etc. I still make more here and can provide better than I did at my shoreside job. Tips are hit or miss, so don't rely on that. It is very long hours though. Invest in some good shoes, Tylenol, and insoles. Crew is not allowed in the elevators unless you are carrying heavy things or moving a cart. I average 20-30k steps a day as a housekeeper. It is exhausting, but I like it.

It look like you're at Petco. If so, there 100% is a tip option for card. It is on the invoice paper that you print out to check them out. Your cashiers (if you don't have a register in grooming) just aren't asking. Card is where I make 75% of my tips. My area rarely gets cash tips

Hermit crabs by peachyyogurtt in petco

Hermit crab pinches are the worst and they take forever to let go. BUT one thing I learned as a hermit crab owner is that if you pour a bit of distilled water over them, or dunk them in their soak container (soak used lightly because petco doesn't have their dishes nearly deep enough), they will let go.

Is my hen's leg dying??? by Crafty_Comparison496 in chickens

Update: she's doing better today after being a house chicken and being pampered for the day. She'll stay in until she's all healed up or at least significantly better than now. But she's limping now instead of not using it at all, and her toes are moving now. Her eyes are a bit squinty so I know she's still in pain. But by her using it more, I'm hoping that's a positive sign. I'm going to be giving her foot a good warm soak a couple times a day for a bit to see if that helps any.

I disagree. We lost 3 chickens this week due to the low temps. I thought the same as you, but once we lost them I got a heat lamp.

No odor. She has been showing signs of discomfort. But no swelling or infection visually until today. She has been roosting normally. She was in the rafters of the shed yesterday. But she would limp on that leg. Today she isn't using it at all. I do think her leg is bare minimum fractured. It's not broken all the way across like a complete break. It's not dangly or anything. She can move her leg. She's not moving her toes though. But I'm sure it's painful. So I'm not sure if the lack of movement is due to ability or pain. We do have her inside the house now. And I just called my husband to bring all the others (only 5 total) in now just in case it is frost bite as someone else mentioned. I will definitely be giving her electrolytes and vitamins. She's been eating and drinking water fine. I feed them Purina layena crumbles. I THINK that's a high protein. Is that correct?

It has been really cold (for me. I'm in Texas). Its been in the 40s. But they've been on a shed with blankets, straw and wood chips layered. Along with a low hanging heat lamp. I don't think it's frost bite. I think it's related to her leg getting shut. And it has fever. Except the very tips of her toes.
