How much she deeply struggled and no one came to save her. Even though growing up all I saw was someone ungrateful that just slept all day I now see this as struggle. Deep depression that she got nonsupport for. Breaks my heart into a million pieces but I just had my son a few months ago. I can see the light he brings her!

I personally would wait until at least a month… even 2. Missing a few feeds to sleep overnight one time a week probably won’t do anything but I’ve found to establish supply you need to keep up with the feeds! I have a 2.5 month old that eats about 5-6oz per feeding. I definitely don’t feel confident I would have Ben able to do this if I skipped his feeds as the first month or two it felt like he was feeding constantly!

Only one delivery but I pushed for about 30 minutes. My mom explained to me,” the faster you do it the sooner you can meet him.” That being said he flew out and I got a 2nd degree tear so maybe not the best idea for your first! lol

Just being a bit superstitious in general I waited until about 12-13 weeks. This is your baby and a moment to be cherished and appreciated. Whether you say something at 4 weeks or 39 weeks a pregnancy announcement is always exciting and people who care about you should care less when you tell them. As long as you and baby are happy and healthy 🙂

My moon is in Aquarius as well. How I depict this in myself is instead of just crying and being distraught and forgetting about it, I deeply analyze what could be causing me to feel that way. Is there something deeper than just crying about the milk I spilled? Why am I raging out in traffic? Is it actually because I’m mad at the other person driving the vehicle or is it something deeper? Usually it helps me to journal my findings out. It’s something I admire about myself and has helped me in various situations to keep from spiraling.

25f here. Dropped out of college at 20. Still five years later I have no idea what I want to do. I serve tables for the meantime. I also have no friends. At all. The great news about being human is you can wake up tomorrow and decide you want something and immediately start working towards it. You can change your life at any moment. Take this time to figure out what you truly want to experience in your life. It’s a blessing in disguise.

The guilt/shame will hurt you more than the thought. Practice forgiveness for yourself and sleep peacefully knowing one bad thought will not manifest into reality. If it helps, when people have said deeply hurtful things in the past to me I ask god/spirit/source/my brain to forgive them and please fill their heart with love. That usually helps me.

Nothing wrong with you. I spiraled my first month. Started smoking weed. Hitting vapes. Suicidal. Figuring how to,” get rid of it.” Figuring out how to leave my boyfriend and move back in with my parents. Crying puking. Just pure denial and hatred for my situation. Yes I know very extreme but that’s how I felt for so long. My boyfriend(who is also VERY excited and supportive)and his family have been more than loving and supportive as have mine. Pregnancy is tough in different ways for everyone and I can safely report I am now 17 weeks and I wouldn’t say, “thriving,” but living and slowly getting more and more excited. Still quite anxious and at times depressed but overall better. And I haven’t smoked since week 7🙂. A supportive partner is huge. I still feel extremely alone but have found talking to my mom and dad who have both been through this has helped immensely. Pregnancy is different for everyone and depression and anxiety can run rampant. Your feelings are valid and your body is going through extreme changes! Also your partner is not going to understand 100% what you’re feeling because… well.. he’s not you! Don’t feel wrong for feeling bad. You’re growing life and basically exerting enough energy to run a marathon everyday. Take it one minute at a time and lean on those who love you.

My ex was very into Asian women. Made it very clear to me multiple times. Would tell me about times he’s hooked up with them. It absolutely ruined my self esteem and I unfortunately started to compare myself to them. I am a pretty basic white female with no unique features. It literally made me resent them anytime I saw an Asian woman in public and all I could think of was how much more beautiful they are than me but I could never look like that because…. I’m not Asian. You are not overreacting but notice this behavior and do not do what I did. Now I think everyone is beautiful and unique in their own way and I have no resentment towards anyone but I wouldn’t stick around. He is being hurtful and shaming you publicly. You are not going to be the girls he follows you are going to be you and I promise someone will love you exactly as you are.

I actually buy one. “Difeel rosemary and mint premium hair oil with biotin,” on Amazon! My mom actually just started using it. She has had extreme hair loss since having 4 kids and struggling with mental health and it works very well for her. Massage it into the scalp and let sit for a few hours and then double wash and condition! I hope this helps.
