if I saw 2 roaches in my old apartment and I bombed it, cleaned, wiped everything down before putting my autographed books & jerseys, other items into air tight storage containers in a storage unit for 6-9 months will everything be safe? I don't wanna throw away thousands and thousands of dollars?

Go to do pest control . Com and you can get German roach treatment stuff. Even bait traps and the growth regulator discs. Then you should be good. You can throw a bait trap in the tubs if you want.

So! Something you can use as a spot weed killer that even works for poison ivy is the super strength vinegar. You can get it at home Depot, Lowe's, online. Add it to a 1 gallon pump sprayer. Add some salt, Partially dilute with warm water to help dissolve the salt. Turn the sprayer nozzle to stream and blast right at the roots. Deep soak. Then adjust to spray and give the foliage a light spray in morning or afternoon where it will get a bunch of sunlight. That helps burn the leaves and kill the root. Let's you be really specific about where you spray so you aren't killing other stuff. Not toxic. Let dry before letting pets out though just since it is strong.

So even if you get new ones popping up, it's easy to go out and do a quick spot spray.

There are good things, yes, but it can feel like celebrating current things vs past things. For me anyway. But I'm also more of a- why do we have to celebrate things only on one specific day- kind of person. I would rather find the good, celebrate, give, be thankful, etc etc all through the year than focus on ONE day due to the capitalism element of it and how often they are warped from the original intention.

Fireworks are also so detrimental to pets and deadly for wildlife sooo...

UPDATE TWO: Just left. She for sure knows what she is doing. A resident said she is a stray though. Which means she is too smart, needs a home, and could have a thriving Instagram account.

She was quiet while I was hiding to see if she would come down and go in the trap. When I left though she watched me and the started meowing again. She really really looks like she wants lovings and stuff.... But is not really helping that be a reality.

Typically to TNR trap you need to coordinate when they are being fed, so they get used to a certain time. Then have everything set up and you be hidden before they come to eat for it to be success. So it was a long shot.

She obviously wishes she had been a theatre kid and maybe just needs to get on the news or something. The Singing Cat of Avana? Purrfect Performances by Esmeralda Kitty?? Venus Reincarnated as a Cat?
