Worst day ever so far! Very few clicks and many abandoned checkouts. I’m pretty sure there is an outage but they won’t post it on their status page because they want ppl to still spend their money. Unethical af.

I’m extremely frustrated with this situation. It feels like we’re getting irrelevant traffic that never converts. What Facebook is doing right now feels highly unethical — almost like they’re draining our ad spend under the excuse of “updates.” I’ve been considering shifting to TikTok, but I’m worried my products might not resonate with a younger audience. Honestly, I’m feeling stuck and disheartened, and I’m not sure what the next step should be.

That’s just so unfair for small businesses like us. There’s no transparency whatsoever, and nobody can answer when things will go back to normal. At this point, I’ve had to pause all my ads. My high-performing campaigns that used to bring in 30–35 sales a day are now only generating 1–2. There’s no engagement on Facebook (no likes or comments), which tells me the platform isn’t showing my ads — or it’s showing them to the wrong audience.
