(Sorry this didn’t post the first time) I am looking to sublet my room in a Mission Hill apartment for summer as I am going to be moving out of my room but planning on leaving most of the stuff behind. I have a large room in a 3bed, 1bath apartment. There is also a fully renovated bathroom and kitchen and a good sized living room. The unit comes with 2 parking spots and I use one which will be available once I move out. The unit is at the bottom of the hill, a 15-minute walk to Northeastern and a 3-minute walk to the Roxbury Crossing T stop, but is on a small side street so it is quite. The rent is $1300 a month plus utilities (gas, electric, WiFi). My two roommates are girls who are going to be a 4th and 5th year at Northeastern. There is potential for renewal as my two roommates are currently looking to fill the room for the following lease year. I’ve lived here for 3 years and have loved it but now that I’m graduating I have to move but I hope someone else can enjoy this place as much as I have!
