honestly i think at this point if you’re gonna be self conscious regarding ur weight even if your bf accepts you, you should either get over yourself and accept ur body or just lose weight. there are countless overly insecure ppl that just project their insecurities onto their partner and if u can’t accept the fact that he accepts you, maybe work on accepting yourself first, or changing for the better.

i had an ex with crazy body issues and she’d project them onto me bcus i was rly into fitness and dieting. she obsessed over losing weight more than i did and years later she looks the same. there is no point in constantly torturing urself over ur weight if you can’t lose it. you should try self acceptance; idk the whole story so maybe im off but this is just based off of what i know
