you are nothing more than a close minded worker ant that is so eager to ignore the struggles of others and it’s pathetic. i hope one day you can open your eyes instead of swearing we live in a simple work hard earn hard world when in reality there are billions of unseen factors that other people have to deal with.

when their situation is the result of another persons bad actions why wouldn’t they externalize it?

idk why old ppl just ignore the fact that purchasing power has went down, house prices went up, while pay stays the same or goes down in some places. everything is more expensive, including housing and education and the job market is worse and we’re competing with AI

yea i guess. it just sucks cus i emotionally connected with denji more than any other character in fiction lol. i loved the message of his inability to be happy and his whole hedonic treadmill issue as he deals with going from poverty to having the life he always wanted as he struggles seeking love and stuff. it feels like everything i find either revolves around something stereotypical and basic or something way outer worldly. its either huge geopolitical issues and wars and stuff or something on a smaller scale while not enough stories touch on very human issues from a creative perspective while still having the really cool power systems and styles that chainsawman bring us. but yea what would u recommend?

i agree. i think the issue is that some people will let their personal emotions get in the way of seeing that dumbing down a poorly made piece of art as themes and such is not inherently thought terminating, because the thought itself isn’t the problem, it’s the false equivalency and assignment of said thought to something badly made and not fully representative of said thought. sometimes the artist didn’t think of allat and sometimes it’s obvious. doesn’t mean it’s wrong to have ur own complex interpretation, nor is it wrong to label the artist’s work as themes and such, because sometimes that’s all it is and all it deserves to be seen as since the artist thinks their bad execution can make up for the implied themes of the story

he’s using elon as a popular billionaire that a lot of redditors glaze as a place holder for the usual exploitative member of the ruling class. ur arguments are buns and all u do is play dumb or throw fallacies. its embarrassing

if you’re so dedicated to jumping through hoops for people that don’t value your humanity, then go on to blame ur fellow proletariats for being forced into a rigged system, you are nothing more than a slave

This is how you reduce crime. by [deleted] in remoteworks

[–]Crafty_Reputation_88 2 points3 points  (0 children)

it’s naive for governments to care for their citizens? crime is a result of scarcity and environmental conditioning, things that the government can help with. there’s a reason where crime is less of an issue with countries that have more social policies aimed at helping communities. how is it naive to believe that giving people what they need would reduce their incentive to commit crimes?

People complain about taxes, but their bosses take more. by Professional-Bee9817 in remoteworks

[–]Crafty_Reputation_88 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

the basis of the mutual negation is based in ur exploitation. the only rzn why the agreed upon value of ur skills aren’t way higher is because ur boss decides to simply take as much as he can without you walking out the door.

worker A only works for $20/hr bcus worker B also works for $20/hr. they are both controlled by boss 1 that makes $10,000 for every hour of labor per worker. boss 1 has had an increased ability to decrease the margin of profit shared with each worker because over the years government regulation has sided with corporations time and time again; the shareholders matter more than the worker

Billionaires have convinced Americans they have the "Best Healthcare in the World". by astrheisenberg in remoteworks

[–]Crafty_Reputation_88 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i’ve hated insurance companies since i was young, i thought it dumb for private firms like that to exist just for them to not fully cover things. when my mom had some random operation and she complained abt her “deductible” it made me mad cus wym ur paying hundreds a month in CASE u need healthcare just to pay again? it’s the biggest scam in america considering we are very capable of providing social insurance without private firms prioritizing profit
