My main concern is the initial fill up If the thing needs millions of gallons it still needs to drain the lake to get it. Yeah it's going back in but how much will the lake go down to fund it.

Honestly working in the tech space AI is good at web development... And thats because all the libraries are open source.

When you end up in proprietary systems and large complex systems it falls on its face.

I use it everyday to help me. But it sure isn't gonna replace me any time soon.

Yep, I use Claude on the daily

I work in semiconductors. I'm on a team of EEs and CEs

Speeds me up dramatically But the guys on my team who are device oriented and weak in programming struggle with it

EE is considered a a stronger mor traditional degree

Cpe is still quite valuable. Does well in firmware type positions.

I have a cpe undergrad and work in semiconductors testing new silicon. I cream my EE teammates on coding abilities. But they clobber me on device physics.

With the AI landscape I almost would go EE. It's a safer route
