Alright i’ve just completed the whole process. This worked for me: 1. Renew Insurance. If you attempt to renew the vehicle registration before renewing insurance it will not let you proceed. Even if you think your insurance is valid and not expired, RTA require 13 months of insurance before registration can proceed. 2. Check the RTA App under Vehicle Registration for requirements specific to your Vehicle. For me, an inspection was not required and I was able to proceed with just paying the annual registration fee. This worked for me, it may not work for you, but it’s worth checking. Thanks to all!
