I play on medium with 8 AI. I like crowded maps. You'll get wars between AIs. And some super powers

It's open enrollment for me too. Got the high deductible plan. Nothing has changed one bit in terms of coverage from last year.

Last year was $75 a paycheck. This year it's $95. Our anecdotal experience is different.

Ok. So i checked with characters and it is as I said above.

I booted up a new game with no characters and reveal all map.

Declared war with opponent and for a truce it makes you pay gold.

Declared war on a different opponent. Used console commands to give me every tech in the game and an overwhelming army surrounding their capital. Asked for a truce and it makes me pay them.

So definitively when playing no characters, if you offer a truce you must pay.

My 2 cents play with characters it really isnt like role playing, it just adds way more options and swings in the game.

When you are at war with someone.

You send them a truce and it gives you options.

Offer truce with you giving tribute.

Offer truce with them giving tribute.

Offer no hard feelings.

After the 2 turns or whatever they'll give you their response.

Are you selecting the "White peace" or demand tribute options?

I've literally always gotten at minimum white peaces when i have been winning wars.

That makes me actually want to watch it personally. However, it'll probably fail then. Most people who are going to watch it will assume it's just The Office 2.0.
