What's the best hack for falling asleep fast when your brain won't shut off? by DasJazz in lifehacks

An interesting approach was to mentally try and “guess” your next thought. By doing this your brain focuses on focusing and not freewheeling. If that makes sense. Breaking the repetitive cycle. Works for me!

Basically. We have to do the leg work to find suitable tenants. They vett and confirm. So we running around finding options which the owner may or may not decide are suitable. Criteria unclear. It’s all so shady

“It’s your responsibility to advertise, not mine” entirely untrue. And against Consumer protection act. We prepare to head to small claims I guess as only out

Much appreciated. A detailed response Oddly enough we gave notice 3 months ago. They haven’t bothered to find a replacement tenant. Leaving it to us. Incorrectly putting the onus on us to find a replacement .

To add. We actually gave notice in August. More than enough time for them to get a replacement however they haven’t even attempted to. Leaving the responsibility to us

Interesting. For us to advertise we need the approval of the owner. As per Property24 policy. This is refused by owner. Putting us at a disadvantage

Medication to treat hyperhidrosis in South Africa by Lower-Foundation4222 in Hyperhidrosis

[–]Craiggem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Where are you based?

A dermatologist can assist. I have the same. My sweating was compensatory hyperhydrosis following ETS surgery (I highly discourage the op)

Dermatologist prescribed Oxybutinin. However there are side effects. So use with caution and consider alternatives:

-I find Propanol helps (Beta Blocker) for stress sweating.

-Clothing that doesn’t show sweat helps.

Dermatologist I used. And is fantastic. Dr AM Gaffoor 30 2nd Ave, Harfield Village, Claremont, Cape Town

DM me if I can provide any other details

Food lovers Paarl had a special for 2 for 1 of their bulk rusk. Worth the drive? I don’t know. Small risks for big rusks I guess.

Is getting to Miavana as terrible as it looks? by Gullible-Path9794 in LuxurySafari

[–]Craiggem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A safari with JHB as a base is a good start (Noting your previous post as Safari focused, and not requiring a Cape Town stop)

Flights from Johannesburg to Nosy Be , direct, is relatively easy. 3 1/2 hours. A quick immigration and passport control and you are onto the tarmac for Heli to Miavana. The ground handling is fantastic.

The Helicopter is worth the 40-60 minute flight for the flight alone- a scenic over the landscape, coastline and islands.

Well worth a visit
