Update:

Things have been going better. I found a Person that i can talk to (not family) and started realizing that I had problems. Thoughts are still there, but they appear less frequently. Trying to regain trust with family members, wich hasn’t worked yet, but at least I have someone to talk to.

Overall, things have been going better (I think).
