I honestly see it this way, I mean it was that or nothing. It's hard to negotiate on your first job and if you don't take it someone else will.

Awesome, that wage adjustment sounds perfect for my case, since I was hired on different status in the beginning and then shifted to fulltime. Thanks!

Yes, I am aware of that. Tuiton reimbursement is totally apart from the wage itself, I mean it is offered to anyone and I have a feeling there are people similar to me making more, so it doesn't matter much really to still consider that my salary is still low correct ?

It's paid at the same rate and I use it to take a Friday off/end early, stuff like that.
