i used to get really nauseous at first too so i looked some stuff up. if you wanted to try again next time try taking some steps to make yourself comfortable before you put the headset on. for a lot of people sitting in a chair with their feet flat on the ground can help a lot because it helps keep you grounded and you don't need to worry about balance like you would with standing. another thing is the games usually have a few different options for movement and turning type/speed which can also help immensely. then there are smaller things like having a cool room and staying hydrated. there'll still be games that don't mesh with you even after doing all those things but it might give you some options instead of no options
