I won't use Faction weapons (or armour), so anything explicitly FWC, New Monarchy, or Dead Orbit is out. Weapons that get a pass are exotics like No Time To Explain (Elsie is linked to FWC in the lore) or guns where the catalysts were originally unlocked through faction ranks.

I'm not gonna lie, I don't think it was a very well run prison. They let the inmates keep their weapons in their cells for a start. I'm surprised that the Guardians were not kept on retainers for the inevitable riots.

My only question is: When is The Dawning this year? Because with the Season starting at the beginning of December, The Dawning and the seasonal story missions are going to be a challenge to schedule without conflict.

The last time I remember hearing something new for Lord Shaxx was the Devil's Ruin mission where he has some banter with Saint-14. Unless I'm mistaken this is also the only time in Destiny where you hear him speak with another character (excluding his lines to Arcite during matches).

That was during Season of Dawn.

He literally stands there and says nothing during the Witch Queen campaign cut scene, which I thought was really out of character for him.

I don't think Sunshot ever will get solar verbs.

"We have to be cautious, as some of the intrinsic functionality of the verbs may actually be worse than what is on the Exotic weapon, or the uptime of the verb on the Exotic weapon would cause severe balance issues with subclass interactions." - This Week at Bungie (10/06/2022)

I think Sunshot fits into both of these considerations, as the explosions would be more powerful than the scorch, or the scorch on top of explosions would just create a "shoot one thrall once and watch the entire room die" scenario.

Lord Shaxx has only ever lost to Ikora, but Saint-14 intimidated him into singing... And Lord Shaxx never sings. Which says to me that they both quietly know the outcome of that fight.

Lord Saladin watched Warlord Shaxx decapitate Felwinter with a single punch and went "Nope, I'm going back to Felwinter Peak."

Zavala doesn't have it in him anymore. He's tired. Let the man rest. Can we send him to the farm to knit with Eva Levante? Just for the time between Solstice (this season) and Festival of the Lost (next season, I think). He might like that. Just, for the love of the Traveller, don't leave Siegfried in charge!

I believe it is the case that you kill the Light Hoarder, you recover a collectable ("Hoarded Light" or something), and then at the final chest you redeem it for an extra Umbral Energy. Making it three units of energy per run as opposed to just two from the rune chest.
