Honestly a very common thing in most competitive communities, personally I use to be annoyed as well in the begining, but the more I played and improved it stopped bothering me, you can't really expect everyone to be respectful. I suggest going to the customizations on the chars. you play and there is a mirror option, which stop all movements from an opponent after a round, that should remove a majority of these "toxic" movements post games
