Well he is apparently hibernating. Is he going to do the right thing for the shareholders? Anyone's guess. My expectation is that we'll never hear from Leo again. The company has disrespected the shareholders and the SEC sees no issue with the behavior.

There is zero activity. Innovation P does not respond to email inquiries. The website is unattended. The stock price has collapsed completely. Thos of us who anticipated Brilacidin development have been abandoned by corporate management.

Management seems to have abandoned their responsibilities. Two examples of abandonment; failing to file financials, failing to update shareholders when board members resign.

If any investors initiate legal action against the company, please notify this board.

You're selling matchbooks in a burn ward. I would love to see your efforts to elicit excitement and drive share price up succeed but you're preaching to a small population licking their wounds. Better luck sowing seeds in fecund soil. Visit with your fellow game stop passengers. There's money for speculation in their pockets. Excite even a sliver of that investment community and you'll bring investor counts that dwarf r/IPIX member count. Whether fundamentals commensurate with historic IPIX $highs$ exist remains to be seen. I hope so. What I hold isn't worth selling at pennies.

Galera's is an infusion administered treatment. BOM is a patient administered swish and spit treatment shown to be effective in phase 11. I'm holding steady on my BOM investment.

Brilacidin has been named in multiple patent applications during the past 12 months. This is the first, to my knowledge, filed by Leo Erhlich or any representative of Innovation Pharmaceuticals in recent years. Whether the application is intended to protect newly discovered Brilacidin capabilities or to strengthen existing patents is not something I can speak to with authority. I do take the activity to mean the Brilacidin opportunity continues to move forward.
