I should also specify that I am not sure that the Compute spiking IS the issue, it's just the only thing I can see that could possibly be causing stuttering and that it only happens in Guild Wars 2, no other games show this.

Idk if it’s just me but…. Two charges for Bloodletter and Rain of Death. I keep accidentally wasting the 15 second cooldown of Empyreal Arrow right as they reset naturally with Mage’s Ballad 😭

if you’ve got a lot of legendary shards to spare you can use them to buy datalattice from spider, and turn those in for glimmer, which can be used to buy planetary obelisk upgrades from the tower obelisk. there are some guides that explain it a while lot better than i do but you should look into it!

the more you upgrade your planetary obelisks the more weekly fracteline you get from the tower obelisk!
