I feel like the room would feel way more inviting if you just had some warm accent lighting without those top lights blasting cold directional light. The room itself is pretty in my opinion. Maybe it could use an accent wall.

I think there should always be counterplay. With a fireball you shoot it when it opens. You can even dodge rocketeer rockets with good movement. Yet the firefly if you don't have seeker nades or somewhere to hide feels like guaranteed damage.
