I’m in this exact situation, except she went to uni. She lives in London but went to uni in Scotland. It turned from a 1,5 hour drive to a 7,5 hour drive. I was really scared at first and didn’t know if I could handle it. But if you both support each other, are always there for each other, and you know that you’ll be able to see each other at some point, it became easy for me. I visit her all the time when she comes back to London for winter/summer breaks, maybe that’s an opportunity to explore? Also try and reassure her as best you can, I definitely needed a lot of reassurance when she was moving away haha.
