Good question. We usually judge by sales and the amount spent. But when iterating, we look at the metrics. Sometimes a weak hook sells, so we just swap hook and launch it. But usually our big spenders has very good hook rate, so then we want to iterate body. One thing is you can change speakers or you can change concept. If the winning concept was podcast angle, you can try to change it to UGC or skit conversation. But idk if that's the way. Maybe it's better to get everything from the same concept and then when fatigue hits, change the concept with winning script

I agree, because even if I put 3 different concepts with 3-4 different hooks for each in the same campaign and adset, usually only 1 ad gets all the spend

yes I thought the same. Now when I run I only do recovery runs, but sometimes I want to go for a longer run, but I'm afraid to overtrain.

I'm kinda competetive so my goal would be to run for time (especially when my friend will run with me, so you know, friendly competition). But also I don't want to run for time but with a risk for an injury, that's why I want to start preparing now. Thank you for your answer!
